Shipping normally takes 12-20 days to arrive.
* In order to bring you the great maternity and post pregnancy items you can find on our website, we deal with several suppliers around the world. Therefore, delivery time will depend on the country and courier system for the specific product. We will always try to ship worldwide with the fastest shipping service, which allows any product to arrive in any location by 45 days at the absolute most. However this is unusual and it is generally no more than 20 days.
* Please note that, if you order multiple products, they may arrive in different packages, because the products could be coming from different suppliers.
To be eligible for a return, you MUST contact us within 3 days after the product is delivered to you, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The only situation eligible for a return is if the product is damaged, defective or if the wrong item was sent.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Client will have 30 days to ship the product back to us, after return is approved.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, you need to request a Return Authorization, following the steps below:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery, to explain the problem with a picture or video of the problem detected. Also, please attach the receipt of proof of purchase.
- We will then send you an email confirming if you can send the item back, depending on your case.
- If your request is approved, we will then email you back our warehouse address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically within 5-7 days after we receive and approve your item)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account if paid via PayPal.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return address.
If you cancel your order (withing 24 hrs after purchase timestamp) before it has been processed and/or shipped you may be granted a refund but you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
